About Leni

As a scholarship student at Waverley College, I take my studies seriously and understand the importance of having someone who can explain things in a way that actually makes sense.

As I am still a student myself, I can easily relate to younger students and understand the challenges they can face with schoolwork. I aim to create a friendly and comfortable environment where students feel confident asking questions and making mistakes while they learn.

I am reliable, patient and approachable, and I will always put effort into making each lesson useful and suited to the individual student. My goal is not just to help students get better marks, but to help them feel more confident in their own ability.

As a scholarship student at Waverley College, I have a strong understanding of Maths and English and enjoy helping younger students build their confidence and improve their skills.

Being a student myself, I find it much easier to connect with younger students because I have recently gone through many of the same challenges, subjects and learning experiences. I understand that everyone learns differently, so I keep my lessons relaxed, encouraging and focused on what each student needs.

I explain concepts clearly, work through examples step by step, and then give students the chance to practise on their own. I can help with homework, assignments, exam preparation and areas they are finding difficult.

Lessons are typically 60 minutes and are suited to primary school and early high school students. My goal is to make learning less stressful while helping students become more confident and independent.
