About Lara

I have worked with a variety of tech stacks in both corporate and startup environments and can help you with cutting-edge solutions that include cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology such as Ethereum. I was an English teacher while teaching myself how to code, so I know both how to break down complex concepts into clear, step-by-step lessons that suit each learner’s level as well as the challenges and advantages of being an autodidact.

Whether you are a complete beginner or looking to deepen your expertise, the 5 subjects that I teach represent the core of modern Software Engineering:

Computer Programming – learn not just the act of writing code, but the deeper foundations that make software efficient and scalable. We’ll focus on building problem-solving skills, clean coding practices, and the essential data structures and algorithms (DSA) that underpin all modern programming. This balance of hands-on coding and strong fundamentals ensures you can grow confidently in any language or tech stack.

HTML & CSS – master the building blocks of all websites and user interfaces. We’ll go beyond just making a page “look right” to understanding structure, accessibility, and responsive design. By the end, you’ll be able to design professional, modern layouts that adapt beautifully across devices.

JavaScript – the backbone of interactive web applications and one of the most widely used programming languages today. From the basics of syntax to advanced concepts like asynchronous programming, DOM manipulation, and frameworks, I’ll guide you through building dynamic apps that bring your ideas to life.

Artificial Intelligence – explore how AI is transforming software and learn to create your own intelligent systems. From understanding core concepts like neural networks and natural language processing, to experimenting with tools for machine learning and large language models (LLMs), you’ll gain both theory and hands-on skills to build AI-powered projects.

Blockchain & Crypto (Ethereum) – dive into the world of decentralized applications and smart contracts. We’ll cover the fundamentals of blockchain, tokens, and Ethereum, while also building practical skills for creating Web3 apps. Whether you’re curious about crypto or aiming to launch a project, you’ll gain a clear understanding of this rapidly growing field.

About the lesson

With the advent of AI tools such as ChatGPT, it has become easier than ever for students to learn on their own. But when it comes to grasping the fundamentals, debugging tricky problems, or staying motivated, that’s where a teacher like me makes all the difference.

I’m also happy to teach you from scratch. Together, we’ll use online resources to build real projects—anything you like—and I’ll coach you step by step from start to finish. You’re free to choose any tech stack you want to explore, and if you’re unsure, we’ll discuss the best fit in our very first lesson.

Since technology evolves so quickly, I cover almost all major languages and frameworks—and I’ll guide you in adapting to new ones as they emerge. We’ll use AI tools to generate resources for theory, while focusing our class time on practical applications so that you leave with real, usable skills.
