About Jyonna
I'm Jyonna Dindi 21 years old. Now I may look a lot different than I used to be 2 years ago cause I was 80 kgs back then , now I'm 55 kgs. I have specialized in weight loss and nutrition. Being healthy definately beings changes in your life both mentally and physically. I give classes on personality development and spiritualism too which helps one to know themselves and present themselves better.

The class will first deal with understanding the basis of why your body is being problematic and how we have a mind and body connection which is responsible for our overall physical and mental well-being.
We'll also look at the mistakes we make in our day to day life when it comes to diet and how can we fix it. We'll also learn how to add activities in your schedule for improving your health without hindering your day to day schedule.
