My classes are based on my student's lifestyle. Making them understand that it's not a doet but a lifestyle change. Making routines that suits their daily activities. Teaching them healthier options of food and workout routines that suit their needs. Teaching them how to always be motivated and last but not least makingy students understand that weightloss is not about eating less but eating right.
