About Nehal
During the time of 1st lockdown, when I was at my pretty home, I got concerned about my body so started to work out, and hopefully with consistency and hard work I lost 10kg in a month . After then I started loving workouts as they not only helped me to looses or gain weight but also helped a lot to stay active throughout the whole day and my skin also started glowing.
