About Emilie
I have been trained for several years in relaxation therapy and massage and I have accompanied several people on the path to well-being in recent years. The work in sophrology allows effective results for the problems of stress management, falling asleep and preparation for exams.
I have also been working in a company since the start of the 2017 school year.

I have been passionate about Humanity since a very young age and I have always been interested in what can help us move forward on a more serene life path, by getting to know and accept ourselves as we are. So we can aim for a more harmonious life!
I offer different techniques in order to be able to reach everyone and give them what they need; whether for a moment of relaxation or for a deeper work.
* Sophrology-relaxation through breathing exercises and thought management helps physical and mental recovery and to overcome emotional tensions, it also helps restore and strengthen self-confidence and optimism.
* The seated massage is a well-being and relaxation massage resulting from shiatsu which is practiced while wearing an ergonomic chair, allowing you to feel both relaxed and re-energized to resume your activities.
* Reiki is a manual therapy that brings extra energy to your body by releasing energy blockages. Resource, relaxes, alleviates pain and strengthens the immune system. [NOT]
