About Xavier
I am an ESL tutor with 10 years of experience teaching high school and college students. I have guided over 150 students in improving their English skills, including reading, writing, listening, and speaking. My teaching philosophy centers on communication, creativity, and personalized learning. I believe that learning English should be practical, enjoyable, and tailored to each student’s needs. In my lessons, I use real-life examples, interactive activities, role-plays, and discussions to make learning engaging and effective.
I encourage students to actively participate, practice consistently, and gain confidence in expressing themselves. Over the years, I have helped students improve exam scores, academic performance, and overall fluency. One of my proudest moments was seeing a student who struggled with public speaking grow into a confident communicator. I am dedicated to helping students achieve their goals while fostering a love for learning English.

My ESL teaching approach focuses on helping students use English comfortably in everyday life. I believe English should be learned through clear communication and regular practice in real situations.
My lessons develop speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills together so students gain balanced language ability. Grammar and vocabulary are taught in simple language and always used in real sentences and conversations.
Communication activities such as discussions, role plays, and listening tasks help students express ideas clearly. Flexibility allows me to adjust lessons based on student level, learning speed, and personal goals.
Creativity is used through storytelling, visuals, games, and practical examples to keep lessons interesting. Along with ESL, I also teach related subjects such as Spoken English, Vocabulary Building, Basic Grammar, Reading Comprehension, Writing Skills, Business English, and Workplace Communication.
Accountability helps students stay consistent through regular practice, feedback, and progress checks. Integrity guides my teaching with honesty, patience, and respect. My goal is to help learners feel confident using English naturally in daily situations.
