About Hannah
Well first thing about me, I am a single mum who home educates her kids, even world schooled them in a van around Europe! I am outgoing, confident, honest- brutally honest! I am kind, patient and caring. I enjoy helping others, thats my passion. I have a lot to give. I go above and beyond for those in need.
I Enjoy music, movies and nature. I love all things that encourage healing. Crystals, essential oils, yoga, movement, Dance, freedom of expression.
I am trained in Reiki, Energy work, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Swedish massage, Coaching, Health and social care & Childcare.
I am also doing a course in counselling at this point in time and my hope is to become an EMDR therapist in a few years. I also have some side quests to complete my palmisty course and hot stone reflexolgy.
This all combined makes my wellness coaching practice a powerful positive addition to anyones life.

My approach to coaching is to go at the clients pace. This is more of a healing journey and think of me as your side kick.
I will give insight and tutoring to many different methods and healing modalitys you can use straight away in the comfort of your own home. All of which I am trained in myself.
Health and wellness is so important, so this is your little bit of time where you can put you first and come out the other side feeling better equiped and more confident.
