About Gemma
I have been tutoring since 2019 and have worked with a wide range of students from KS1 through to GCSE and A Level, including students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). I teach a wide range of subjects too, from English and Maths, to Creative Arts, including photography, videography, editing and art. I am a creative tutor who believes learning should be engaging, interactive and accessible. I tailor sessions around each of my student's interests to help build confidence and make learning more meaningful, as everyone learns differently. Whether you have missed key areas of learning, needs support catching up, or would benefit from extra guidance, I am here to help. I truly enjoy tutoring and find it incredibly rewarding to see students grow in confidence and achieve their potential.

I primarily offer online tutoring in KS1 and KS2 Maths, where I have the strongest experience, but I am also happy to support students at KS3 and GCSE level where appropriate. Every lesson is carefully tailored to suit the individual student, as no two learners are the same. I am patient, open and approachable, which helps me build strong, positive working relationships with students and their families. If there is a particular learning style or approach that works best for you or your child, I am always happy to adapt my teaching to meet those needs.
