About Khadijah
Hi, I’m Khadijah — a passionate and dedicated hockey player who has competed at First Team and Western Province level. Hockey has shaped my discipline, confidence, and leadership, and I want to pass that on to others. I coach because I genuinely love the game and enjoy helping players grow, improve, and believe in themselves. I understand the pressure of trials, big matches, and selection processes, and my goal is to guide young athletes through that journey with the right skills, mindset, and support.

My lessons are unique because I coach from real, current competitive experience as a Western Province and First Team player. I understand what it takes to perform at a high level and what selectors look for. Every session is personalised to the player’s position, strengths, and goals. I focus on strong fundamentals, smart decision-making, confidence under pressure, and game intelligence. My training is intense, structured, and purposeful, designed to produce real improvement — not just good practice, but better match performance.
