I am a Master’s student at Bournemouth University. Worked as health journalist at Kessben Media and as an advisory member of the health and nutrition department of the Groupe Gyms; both are prestigious firm and health facilities respectively in Ghana.

My teaching method is based on the learning theory, where individuals are equipped through tutorials to make constructive decisions based on either experience, and passion for healthy lifestyle over sedentary. Although, food allergy can be step in the way, however the novelty and availability of other equal benefit could be derived from what already existing food groups. Therefore with my students, I love to take it one day at a time.
