I went to one of Kripa foundations branches in Mumbai and served my three months there, after which I started my own journey, with my therapist to help, and I picked up a few tricks on the way, and found few ways which make this journey slightly more bearable.

My method is very relaxed and is very personalised, where I understand the consumers issue and problem or where they need help and help them deal with that using tricks and ways I have used before or new tricks which they could apply. I prefer to go to the root of the problem.
