No one taught me to swim but myself with a spiderman lifeguard jacket as a young child, so teaching a beginner is no problem , I perfected to dive without making a splash , hold my breath for 1 lap underwater, with training all of these skills are easy to learn, butterfly swim, strokes swimming, race swimming
