Former International Athlete from the Philippines . Having the oppurtunity to train and compete internationally. Meeting different people mostly students aiming to be athletes and joining varsity teams. Being able to teach them and share ideas based on my experiences is and was overwhelming.

I teach what I think my student lacks of . Example would be shortness of breath , it would require the students dedication and my experience to improve his/her cardio by following a program which I will provide. But, at times, I also ask the student and be open to his/her suggestions.
