I think that math is not only a science of numbers, but a science of life. If you think about it, solving math problems gives you the skills to seek other options, other possibilities to solve whatever issue you may be facing either in your personal life or in your studies.

My teaching method is based on having fun and trying to relax, while at the same time looking for options on how to handle a given problem. So my lessons are focussed on addressing the math problems that may be facing you, but also to give you life situations that may help you see the application of what you have learned.

Based on my own personal experience, I noticed that the more I do something the easier it gets for me to learn and apply. Therefore, my approach with my students is to have them repeat the process over and over adding a bit more difficulty with each challenge.
