About Lucas
I am a longtime Vipassana practitioner and participated in countless long-term retreats. I'd be happy to be the person that can facilitate one of the best habits there is in your life. I don't see myself as a teacher or guru, but I will guide you through every step, always on eye level.

The cornerstone of each meeting is an extended Vipassana meditation session (also known as mindfulness meditation). Depending on your personal needs and wishes, we will add physical activation exercises, breathing, and some quick stretches. Once we have worked out your own ideal routine, I will guide you through the process and perform every exercise with you. Serious work in a laid-back atmosphere.
