About Ruth Valentina
I am a social studies student, but for as long as I can remember I have been involved with exercise, sports and everything that involves having an active life. I have been a Pilates and HIIT instructor in some gyms and have discovered that we do not need a gym to get the body and physical performance that we want so much, we can achieve it from the comfort of our home!

My teaching method is to make my students laugh so that they enjoy every moment of the training and implement in each training various exercises, with medium and high complexity (depending on the physical level of the students) in which each part of the body works, this is called functional training.
