About Amanda
Hello! I'm Amanda, a dedicated yoga instructor with a passion for guiding others on their wellness journey. I hold a college bachelor's degree and am currently pursuing registered nursing, which enriches my understanding of holistic health and the human body. My teaching approach is grounded in empathy, inclusivity, and a deep respect for the individual needs of each student.
With specialized training in vinyasa, yin, and prenatal yoga, I offer a diverse range of classes that cater to all levels and stages of life. My background in nursing provides me with a unique perspective on anatomy and physiology, allowing me to create safe, effective, and nurturing practices. I believe in the power of yoga to transform not just the body but also the mind and spirit.
My classes emphasize mindfulness, proper alignment, and the connection between breath and movement. I strive to create a welcoming and supportive environment where students can explore their potential, find balance, and experience the joy of yoga. Whether you're looking to build strength, find relaxation, or support your pregnancy journey, I'm here to guide you every step of the way.
Join me on the mat, and let's cultivate wellness together!
