About Marc
I have a degree in Industrial Engineering from the UPC of Barcelona. As a student, I took several courses at University Academies, and it's there where I became interested in teaching.
I have worked in several fields, from Consulting, to the Aeronautical Industry as a Mechanical Designer, or the Textile Industry as a Systems Technician.
Apart from a GAP Year in Boston (USA), I also did an Erasmus year in France, and I was also working for a year in Belgium. So I speack English and French quite fluently. I can give classes in these languages if necessary, especially in English.
During my University years, I also worked several summers as an Activity Leader in Summer Campus, for students between 10 and 18 years old. I was first in Barcelona as Coordinator, and then I went to Malta, Brighton and London.
There, I was in charge of carrying out the Leisure or Cultural Activity Program with the students of my group. So I have experience dealing with young people. I am a fun and restless person, who likes to meet new people and discover new disciplines. I always try to adapt to the particular needs of my students.

The first thing I like to do in my classes is to go over the homework, and if there isn't any, explain the last given lesson.
That is why I prefer to receive the homework before the class so that I can prepare it. If there is time left, we advance on the subject matter and I can put exercices of my own.
I always like to do Outlines of the concepts I explain on the class, so that I can give my own approach of the subject Theory to the student.
I adapt to the needs of the student, depending on whether they want to do classes in a structured way, or simply go on solving the doubts that they may have.
