About Tessa

I am a piano teacher with over nine years of experience and an Associate of Music in Piano Skills. My teaching journey has been shaped by working with students who have real-world performance goals. I have prepared many players for church worship leading, where they accompany congregations with confidence. I have also helped students accompany community theater productions and perform in professional wedding bands. My approach is personalized to fit your specific needs and musical tastes. I believe that motivation comes from playing music that you truly love. That is why we focus on songs and styles that excite you from the very first lesson. I break down complex concepts into simple, manageable steps. You will learn to read chord charts, play by ear, and develop your own arrangements. I also teach you how to handle different performance situations with ease. Whether you are playing for a small gathering or a large event, I will prepare you to shine.
