About Lois
Since 2017 I have lived in Tübingen, Baden-Württemberg, Germany, only recently moving back to the UK now to start a Master's course in September. I studied Egyptology and Ancient Greek at the University of Tübingen at undergraduate level (one of Europe's top unis) and took my entire course exclusively in German, including oral exams, translation exercises from ancient languages into German and written academic papers and dissertation.

My lessons focus on speaking fluency and understanding German so you can understand texts with ease and produce spontaneous phrases with confidence. I am a British national who after German A-Level went to study and then work in Germany and have learned German the hard way being plunged in at the deep end and learning from native speakers. As such my conversational and academic German is outstanding and I want to help you to do the same! I took my TEFL course for teaching English so I am well-versed in lesson planning and tutoring. Lessons can be half an hour or a full hour and for any level from intermediate (GCSE) to A-level and beyond.
