With over 10 years of experience as a Lecturer in Commerce and Business Studies, I am deeply passionate about both teaching and research, with a strong commitment to empowering my students to succeed. My academic journey includes a Ph.D. in Commerce (Business), as well as a Master of Philosophy, Master of Commerce, and Bachelor of Commerce (Honors), where I consistently excelled, earning scholarships and top honors. I am honored to have been awarded a gold medal by my university for securing the highest marks in the M.Com examination, a testament to my dedication to both academic excellence and my field. My goal remains clear: to inspire and guide my students toward achieving their fullest potential in the world of Commerce and Business.

My career has developed in a dual trajectory of teaching and research. I worked as a full-time Assistant Professor for a decade at a leading institute for undergraduate and postgraduate courses in commerce and business studies. I have taught undergraduate and postgraduate students several core subjects including, among others, International Business, Principles of Management, HRM, Organizational Behavior, Marketing Management Corporate Governance, Business Ethics, Business Statistics and Research methods. My teaching pedagogy focuses on 4Cs of collaboration, communication, critical thinking and creativity. Based on these, I implement various active learning methodologies such as contemporary case studies, polls and quizzes, think-pair-share, one-minute article, reflection form etc. In order to keep the content relevant and interesting, I discuss live examples and recent researches in the topic of discussion.
