About Akmal
I'm a Malay guy in my late 40s, with 2 young kids. I worked in the private sector for more than 20 years as a system analyst, consultant, and software engineer. After Covid-19, I decided to resign and work remotely to spend time with my precious kids. I teach your kids remotely/online. I live in Gombak, KL. There are many, many, many good teaching materials and tutors online, but what I promise is simple: 1. Understanding the basics of computers, giving a good foundation. 2. Practical and theory at the same time, don't waste time on hypes. 3. Real coding experience, not a vibe coding. Don't depend on AI, but take advantage of AI. As a real programmer, you help make AI useful, and don't let AI decide your value. 4. No syllabus, you can always get those from the internet. I will decide what to teach based on your preferences and understandings. 5. Age limit, from 10 to 1000 years old, not more not less (need to make sure you can read and not senile). The ultimate goal is to build the foundation in you and allow you to start immediately. My qualification is my experience in building many types of software ranging from corporate backends to freelance and hobby websites and mobile apps.
