About Rosvelinda
I am a licensed chemical engineer, a licensed professional teacher and been teaching for 30 years. As an academic dean, it is a good opportunity for me to share the expertise and skills I have and acquired for the past years. I have two doctoral degrees, science education and management. Online learning and tutoring is a challenging task but it is an enjoyable and fulfilling one.

There must be multi learning strategies for tutorial or the online teaching. An individualistic but holistic approach is necessary and the best way to approach learners is to know and reach them personally though it's not a face to face learning. I am adopting several philosophies in teaching such as humanism and naturalism. As a mentor, I also have the constructivist approach and the inquiry based . The popular hearts on, minds on, and hands on approach is also very effective in teaching (HOMOHO). With the aid and advent of technology, online learning and tutoring is a good alternative and a lucrative job.
