Experienced tutor in Piano, Melissa offers private lessons tailored to your needs.

Melissa has so many amazing qualities and gifts. Even her work ethic is amazing. It’s really hard to choose just one. But the first thing that really stood out and captivated me was Melisa’s voice. I first met her on Instagram. I can’t really remember what she was saying to her piano student, but when she spoke all I heard was kindness and sincerity in her voice. Instantly, I knew I wanted to be a part of what she was doing musically.

Another attribute I admire about Melissa is her vast array of musical talent, knowledge, and experience. In eight short weeks Melissa has helped me become a more skilled and confident singer. Her application and teaching skills are 🔥, do you hear me!

I can go on and on about Melissa; her time management skills are impeccable. She pairs her innovative teaching style with old school and new school school music selections. She couples it with today’s technology. I couldn’t ask for more.!!!
Melissa you have the It Factor!!!! Thank you Melissa for allowing a seasoned student with a young vibe to ride along with you. Thank you for all you do, keep rising!!!

It was a great experience for me. I really had a blast and the experience was very calming for me. Looking to continue next month🙌🏾🌺🌸

She is so patient, and my grandson is learning so much from her as she uses her kind spirit.

Her patience and willingness to take extra time to answer questions and any concerns. Her attention to details are fantastic.

My daughters love lessons with Melissa T. Music! As first-time piano students, she engaged them and made them feel comfortable. She consistently encourages them to do their best and sets an environment where effort and trying are celebrated. Excellent lessons in a loving environment. So glad we are with Melissa T. Music Lessons.

I started taking lessons from Melissa because I had always wanted to sing in the choir, but for various reasons I wasn’t able to. I knew that I needed to take lessons to build up my confidence for the audition and work on my technique. When I met with Melissa for my first lesson, she was so down to earth and patient. I think it took me like 10 minutes to sing in front of her! I was so nervous, but she simply smiled and said, “You’re really brave.” That moment really helped me to find the courage to sing! Her continued encouragement throughout our lessons was so vital! And after taking her 4 week course, I auditioned for the choir. I was nervous, but once I completed the audition, I found out that I had been accepted onto the choir- a desire fulfilled! Her lessons are solid and easy to follow! If you need to work on your technique and/ or build confidence, I definitely recommend that you work with Melissa! I had a great experience and I hope to come back in the Fall!

Melissa's lessons are creative and really engaging to all ages. I love the dedication and passion she clearly has for teaching music. My kids have learned so much and grown in just the short time we have been with her.

Melissa is excellent at what she does. My 3 year old son loves coming to his piano lesson. Melissa is very patient with him and is an all around great person. My son and I always look forward to our Thursday evening with Melissa. I can't wait till he masters the piano.

Melissa provides a great learning experience!

She's so attentive, affirming and engaging with my little ones (2 & 4yrs). You can tell she knows her stuff, and is super creative about redirecting and keeping them excited about the process/throughout the lessons.

She's awesome with my 13-year old. Melissa makes music engaging as well as fun. Kudos!! Highly recommend this business for all walks of life.

She’s talented, but most of all - she’s patient! I’m basically famous because of her.

Melissa is a kind, thoughtful, professional instructor. My grandson loves his time with her. His mother and I and indeed the whole family is so pleased with his progress.

My daughter is a high energy creative child that has enjoyed learning how to have fun playing piano while developing the skills to sitting still and learn a recital piece. Ms. Melissa has a way of encouraging her to be spirited and redirect her energy to have fun learning piano. She is gaining the knowledge of reading the notes and the fundamentals of music while developing the skill to play by ear as well. We feel blessed with Ms. Melissa as not only our piano teacher but a all around music teacher.

Ms. Melissa T, is VERY talented, patient and trustworthy. She is a woman after God's heart. Her unique skills and joy for music allowed my daughter to have fun while learning to play the piano. It was hard to get my 2 year old daughter away from the piano after her lesson was over. I will DEFINITELY recommend her.

My 6 year old daughter takes lessons with Melissa and we could not be happier with the overall experience and how well she’s learning the piano. Melissa’s patience and ability to teach piano is incredible. My daughter is progressing well wih her lessons and most of all she enjoys it and I attribute that to Melissa.

Melissa is patient and efficient. She opens her beautiful home and makes the student feel comfortable and supported. You can tell she’s passionate about music and sharing that with others.

Working with a Melissa T. Music has been phenomenal. Not only is Melissa an accomplished singer and musician, she’s also an excellent teacher. She’s helped my daughter become confident in learning specific songs as well as learning music theory. Melissa is giving her the tools she needs to master song writing with music and we couldn’t be more grateful.
