About Hana
I hold a BSc in Physics with Philosophy and have spent the last eight years helping students grow in confidence with science. My specialty is working with middle school learners as they discover the basics of forces and motion. I use simple experiments, such as dropping objects or testing ramps, to bring ideas to life. These activities show that physics is something we can see and feel. I often connect lessons to real-world examples like the motion of a basketball or the design of rollercoasters. This keeps learning exciting and relatable. I know physics can seem difficult at first, but with patience, it becomes manageable. I guide students step by step so that tricky topics become clear. My lessons also include problem-solving scenarios where students apply their knowledge in creative ways. Curiosity is encouraged, and questions are always welcome. Over time, students grow more confident and eager to learn. I believe in building a strong foundation early that will support future studies. Most importantly, I make physics fun, engaging, and easy to understand for young learners.

I believe physics should be taught through real-world connections, especially in engineering contexts. My teaching approach uses a relaxed, supportive style that reduces stress while boosting understanding. I like to start with materials science, showing how materials behave under different conditions. From there, I introduce statics and dynamics through simple problems, like how beams support loads or how gears transfer motion. Fluid dynamics is another area where practical examples shine, from river flow to airplane design. Students learn to connect theory with practical applications. My lessons emphasize problem-solving over memorization. I encourage learners to explore, make mistakes, and refine their thinking. For those aiming at careers as teachers or computational physicists, I provide tailored strategies to deepen understanding. This creates a bridge between academic study and practical use. Each student learns at their own pace, with steady guidance. My aim is always to spark both confidence and curiosity. Let’s make physics relevant to your engineering career.
