About Nathanael

I am The Social Business Coach.

I have spent the last 10 years working in Social Enterprises, Charities, Non-Profits, Ethical Businesses and Fair Trade companies. I completed an MBA with distinction at Durham University where I solidified my expertise in forming business models specifically for social impact.

I've worked in just about every role and size of organisation in this sector. I grew a tiny shop with no marketing budget by 80% from the shop floor while training adults with learning disabilities. I grew a multi-million, international dollar anti-trafficking social enterprise with 100 employees by 170% with all the complexities involved in that.

About the lesson

The Social Business Coaching sessions we will review your organisation's current strategic challenges and opportunities. Please note this will begin after the 30 min free session, which will be used to identify your needs and see if we are a good fit to work together.

You can choose which area of the business you want to grow in: strategy, leadership, business planning, operations, training or sales.

We will then work through an Action Plan so you come away with a concrete plan of action.

I can also offer a more flexible use of the time if you have a specific area of business or social entrepreneurship you would like me to consult on.

It's ok if you're just starting out with an idea or if you have been running an organisation for decades at scale, I have extensive experience in both.

This session is for any person or organisation using business tools to make a social impact, and this is my specialism. Social Enterprises, Fair Trade businesses, ethical companies, charities, individuals or non-profits are all eligible.

I do not work for organisations working only for corporate profits.
