About Brighton
With more than a decade of teaching Physics and a BSc in Physics with Materials Science, I focus on making astrophysics and cosmology engaging and clear. My expertise includes black holes, stellar evolution, general relativity, and the Big Bang. These topics inspire wonder, but I also ensure students understand the science behind them. I enjoy working with learners in astronomy clubs and those considering careers in astrophysics. My teaching blends structure with curiosity-driven exploration. Visual aids, simulations, and analogies bring abstract theories to life. I encourage learners to think critically and ask bold questions. Lessons highlight both mathematical rigor and cosmic wonder. Over time, students gain confidence and independence. I create a supportive environment where challenges are approached step by step. My sessions emphasize discovery rather than rote learning. Each lesson connects the universe’s mysteries to the laws of physics. If you’re eager to explore space with clarity and curiosity, I’ll help guide you there.

My Physics teaching approach is centered on curiosity, reflection, and hands-on practice. I emphasize experimental design, data analysis, error propagation, and scientific reporting. These are not just academic skills but real tools that help learners think like scientists. I provide a supportive and gentle environment where mistakes are seen as part of learning. DIY Scientists and Curiosity-Driven Learners thrive in my lessons, as I encourage creativity and independence. Each session includes real-world examples that connect theory to practice. Students learn how to design their own experiments step by step. Data analysis is taught as a way to make sense of outcomes with accuracy. Error propagation is explained simply, so learners can manage uncertainties confidently. Reporting is highlighted as a way to organize and share discoveries clearly. Lessons are interactive and engaging, with plenty of opportunities to reflect. I adapt to each learner’s pace and style, ensuring steady progress. Together, we build confidence in exploring Physics through inquiry and imagination.
