About Lisa
I am an aspiring Clinical Neuropsychologist who loves engaging with people. I have a Bachelor's degree from an IEB school. I don't like the traditional teaching method, I believe tutoring should be fun and enjoyable. Let's not focus on your faults but rather on how better you can be. Getting a bad grade isn't the end of the world, it's just the start of a new and improved era of yourself.

Because I am a Psychology student, I have an advantage of understanding the child's psyche which I find very beneficial when tutoring. Not all children learn the same so I have methods for kids who have trouble concentrating, kids who tend to panic and freeze and many more. It is not always about learning to achieve a higher mark but also about in-depth understanding.
I teach in English. What to expect from a lesson with me is a small quiz, a conversation on difficulty areas, application with the fault and study materials, I like working on a rewards-based effort for encouragement. I believe that I can teach any student. Specific to IEB
