About Jessica
I grew up lacking self confidence and felt weak, I so badly wanted to be strong and take control of my life.
I decided to start with pilates at 16 and progressed to the gym by 18at this point I was studying sport and exercise science and working in a gym supporting others.
I competed in trampolining and jiujitsu along the way and am now training to be a yoga instructor as Inow have the confidence to live whatever path I want.
It all starts with a strong body one you love so you can love yourself and live your life the way you want.

Women come to me usually to reduce their body fat and become toned after working with me they become strong and love their bodies gaining so much more than just the results of their goals.
I see these women grow outside of the gym. Many either taking on their own paths such as powerlifting, bodybuilding, or just continuing confidently on their own.
