About Laeeq

I want to help people to be doing what they enjoy and what is aligned with all of their talents. I also think everyone has the right to feel comfortable in their own skin in every walk of their life. I create a safe space where we can explore what may be causing confusion, overwhelm or blocks. A key aspect for me is to get to know where you are coming from and to build rapport so that we create a solution around who you are.

Whether it’s your career, business or personal life, you will have created a set of beliefs about yourself or the situation that are currently impacting what you believe you can or cannot do. If we bring awareness together of what beliefs are limiting you, new opportunities and circumstances can start being generated. We start with your end goal in mind, I strongly believe it is important to have a clear vision in mind about what you want your life to look like.

Habit forming is also very important in getting to where we want, and we need to find ways to do this for ourselves as gently as possible.

Having been on a journey myself with personal challenges, familial and health related, and also having made the jump from a job to having my own business, I want to reach out to others who may be on similar journeys.

I also work as a business consultant working with social care providers where I coach senior managers and staff. We work together on leadership, business coaching, development of culture and values, and how we may minimise stress and maximise motivation that is aligned with individual values.

I am a member of the Association for Coaching and also have a Primary Certificate in Performance Coaching accredited by The Centre for Coaching.

About the lesson

I work with people to provide a space to create clarity and connection in the face of overwhelm or uncertainty. Feeling stuck can be debilitating, along with the frustration of feeling like you’re making the same mistakes over and over. My role is to create a safe and reflective space to help you work out what you really want and focus on how to get it.

I work with a solution focused approach, first understanding the problem, then identifying options, followed by creating a step by step plan together to get to the end goal.

I work with people looking to make the shift from having a job to working for themselves doing something they always wanted to do or felt they were called to do. Having made that jump myself from having a council job to becoming a business consultant, I want to help others identify the steps to do that too in a way that makes sense for them.
