About Nicholas

I'm Nicholas Bateson BA MBA BPS (psychometric tests) and really love to help individuals reach their potential and enjoy life as I do!!! Don't hesitate to contact me to see if I can assist you in creating your dream lifestyle.

About the lesson

I graduated with a psychology degree, worked for a major French multinational as a market which I didn't enjoy and changed career via an MBA to an academic and consultancy business. I was head of organisational psychology at Regent's University in London and my consultancy worked with professionals from diverse fields such as real estate pharmaceuticals - Glaxo, investment banking- Goldman Sachs, mining - Rio Tinto to name just a few. The service I offer encompasses career analysis using psychometric tests, landing a job, career change & retirement planning. I also help professional "pass"psychometric tests, interview practice using video feedback, presentation skills, assertiveness training and negotiating. Recently I completed training in rational emotive behavioural therapy to add to my skill set.
