Feel welcome to text me about suggestions, advice and regular check. Will personally push and motivate you. Fitness and working out is not just a goal but a lifestyle. I promise and guarantee you that your life will completely change once you start improving yourself, it all begins with your body, the decisions you make right now will dictate your future and how you feel about yourself. Since I am a student and have my own responsibilities my lessons will can take place from 5pm-10pm weekdays, on weekends we can establish something that’s best for you
