About Afra
I am a working professional based in Chennai with a strong passion for teaching and helping young students grow. I have completed my Engineering degree with a solid academic background and I genuinely enjoy breaking down difficult concepts into simple and easy steps.
I believe that every child has the ability to learn and excel when given the right guidance and encouragement. Teaching is something I truly enjoy and I love being patient, approachable and supportive with every student I work with.
My goal is not just to help students score better marks but to make them genuinely understand and enjoy learning. I want every student to feel confident in their abilities and look forward to their classes rather than dreading them.

I offer personalised online tuition for Class 1 to 8 students in Maths, Science and English. My teaching approach focuses on building strong basics and making every concept simple and easy to understand, rather than just memorising for exams.
Each class is structured based on the individual student's pace and level of understanding. I begin by identifying the student's weak areas and then work on them step by step with clear explanations and practice questions.
My classes are interactive, patient and stress free. I make sure every student feels comfortable asking doubts without hesitation. Regular feedback will be shared with parents to track progress.
I am available on weekday evenings and weekends. A free demo session is available for new students!
