About Michelle

For over 20 years I did exactly what was expected of me. I graduated college, secured gainful employment, worked my way to the very top of the professional ladder, started a family, bought a house, and felt utterly DISSATISFIED. My career was highly technical yet my mind was glowing in creativity. I felt disconnected from the outside world and isolated in my own bubble of "success". I felt an undeniable pull from deep within to be a part of something larger than myself. I knew I was meant for much more than build strong companies. I spent my career removing process waste, aligning cultures, empowering teams, and transforming companies into automated lean-thinking synergistic powerhouses, it was time to sprinkle some of that magic into my own life. A few years ago I set off on an exploration for answers: Am I enough? Is there a better way? Where do I fit in? Do I want to fit in? Why can't I just be happy? Do I have anything authentic to say? Am I a good mom? Am I a good employee? Do I deserve a better life? Am I unique? Is this the best life has to offer? Up until that point I was a product of my environment. I had lived life by default, not design. I never knew how I had always shattered glass ceilings, it seemed to come natural to me. I had never taken the time to focus my aim and perfect my trajectory…until I did. I applied every lean tool I had in my arsenal to systematically remove the waste in my life in order to focus on what added value. I prioritized, organized, optimized, and synergized every process in my personal life. I qualified and quantified my strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. I elevated until my daily focus was on VIRTUE. I integrated LEADERSHIP and TEAM building with FAMILY. I worked through the 8 Disciplines to extract the LESSONS learned from each of the traumatic experiences in my life. I obliterated the FEAR, GRIEF, SHAME, & BLAME that chained me to an antiquated version of myself. I assembled the new NARRATIVE and found the courage to tell my story to EMPOWER others. I crafted a personal BRAND & authentic MESSAGE. I started coaching career changers, divorcees, and others seeking major life TRANSFORMATION. I became a professional COACH and MENTOR. I saw my family transform. I saw my client's lives transform. I now coach and mentor clients who are ready to commit to a life of PURPOSE and PASSION. Change is the tumultuous sea between the islands of Yesterday and Tomorrow.

About the lesson

My teaching method is collaborative, creative, and passionate. I appeal to individual coaching needs through mentorship and positive reinforcement. My expectations of any student are transparent vulnerability and a willingness to embrace paradigm shifts. I will not teach you what you already know, I will encourage you to reflect on your beliefs and evaluate the use of those beliefs before deciding to re-incorporate them into your identity. I help people break self-limiting beliefs that close doors to opportunity rather than open them. I am always focused on building others up and address any constructive feedback with objectivity and a solid improvement plan.
