About Annie
I am a dedicated violin tutor with 13 years of teaching experience working with school students, college students, and working professionals. I have always believed that music is a powerful way to inspire creativity, confidence, and personal growth. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to teach students with different learning styles and goals, making every teaching experience rewarding and meaningful.
My teaching philosophy is based on patience, encouragement, and personalised learning. I believe that every student deserves individual attention and a learning environment where they feel comfortable and motivated. I adapt my lessons according to each student's pace and objectives while focusing on building strong fundamentals.
Throughout my career, I have successfully helped many students improve their violin skills and gain confidence in their musical abilities. One of my proudest achievements has been watching students grow from beginners into enthusiastic musicians who enjoy performing and expressing themselves through music.
My goal is to make learning enjoyable and help students develop a lifelong passion for music.

My approach to teaching combines compassion, communication, and personalised support. I believe students achieve the best results when they feel comfortable, respected, and encouraged.
For violin instruction, I focus on technical accuracy, rhythm, tone quality, and musical interpretation. I use simple explanations and practical demonstrations to help students understand concepts clearly and confidently.
I maintain open communication and provide ongoing guidance to help students overcome challenges. Through patience and positive feedback, I help students develop confidence and enjoy their progress.
Besides violin, I teach related music subjects such as music theory, sight reading, ear training, and performance skills. These areas strengthen overall musicianship and performance ability.
My mission is to help students build confidence and develop a lasting appreciation for music.
