Methodology
My teaching method is meeting each student where they are and designing personalized content through meaningful cultural contexts. Immerse yourself into the Mandarin speaking world and explore the beauty of Chinese with me. As an advanced I non-native speaker, I have been each of my students at one time or another during my 8 year journey of Chinese language study. My journey's have brought me to rural villages in Guilin to heading projects at Rutgers University. I seek to inspire students to realize the value of Chinese language and the opportunities proficiency invites.
