About Ivan
The most important thing for me is the growth of the athletes, on and off the pitch. I work a lot on their needs, especially from a technical, psychological and physical point of view, always in relation to the game.
My priority is for the athletes to build their confidence and self-esteem, and this comes when they improve and when they develop a deeper understanding of the game.
Each athlete will be pushed and stimulated to the maximum to ensure that they can improve as much as possible, through the use of different practices and strategies.
I usually deliver sessions in central London and South West London (especially in Wimbledon area).

Over the past five years, I have had the opportunity to work at some of the world's top professional clubs, including Chelsea FC.
My working methodology is mainly based on the needs of the players from 5 years old up to 20+, and together we will build a plan to support his/her growth on and off the pitch.
I can also offer online mentoring, or match analysis to improve performances on the pitch.
I'm a UEFA B coach, I completed a Coaching Degree at St Mary's University in Twickenham with Chelsea FC, and I currently work for a Premier League club as an Academy Coach. Furthermore, I'm also the owner of Strive FC, a football club based in Chelsea area.
In conclusion, I offer 1to1 sessions or small group sessions. The sessions are usually 1 hour long.
