Math is fascinating, and it is everywhere in the real world.
I have been teaching and privately tutoring middle and high school math now for over twenty years. The reason for the great success with my students is my approach. It is traditional. I believe in building a strong understanding of basic concepts, and it is easy to apply that knowledge to the real world from there. Practice is key! Immediate feedback is always provided. Confidence is key. It unlocks the door to a true appreciation and love for math.
I primarily work with students in Algebra 1 and Algebra 2, but I can absolutely teach other topics.
