About Brittney
I am a published author/illustrator who enjoys nearly all genres. I've been an active member of West Virginia Writers, Inc. for a decade and have served in several positions both on and connected to the board. I homeschooled both of my sons successfully from elementary school through graduation, and have tutored any number of people of a variety of ages over the years.

My teaching method is to create a comfortable learning environment where my students can enjoy learning. Everyone is an individual so I do my best to work with individual needs and learning styles. I do not believe that learning should be stress-filled and anxiety inducing. If a student is having trouble learning a concept, I am happy to find a new way to present the information so that it makes sense.
