Methodology

I use evidence-based methodologies designed specifically to engage and interest students. A combination of Modeling, Free-Association, Active-Learning and participation ensure that my students have fun learning.

I typically work with adolescents aged 13 to 18 with basic to intermediate levels. Lessons always begin with body movement and interaction, followed by an overview of the objectives, the concept or topic introduction and body, modeling and a short period of creative play or presentation, and a recap and review.

As a tutor, I expect students to help their colleagues learn, to teach each other and model each other while expressing themselves with words and movement. My classes are paced to practice and not to memorize.
