I work intensively with you to develop skill and depth in your studies of argument and debate, literature from a wide variety of continents, historical periods, and genres as well as texts in other media especially film. I can guide you through analyses informed by contemporary literary theories and historical contexts. We may write critical, analytical, and creative pieces, as well as the personal statement you will need to apply to colleges. We will cover the basics you may need including annotation, vocabulary, grammar, research, brainstorming, organization, critical thinking, analysis, and development, and revision.
