I then provide technical instruction on strokes such as forehand, backhand, volley, and serve, breaking down each stroke into key components. Next, we engage in practice drills and exercises to improve consistency and control. Fun games and mini-competitions are integrated to reinforce skills and tactics. The lesson concludes with a cool-down and light stretching.
