About Hong
Hello, I'm Yan Laoshi. I studied Chinese language and literature in college in Beijing, and then came to the U.S.A for my Master's degree in language teaching. I enjoyed my classroom full of laughters and life-long memories.
In recent years, I have been amazed by the power of online learning technology, and excited to see how internet brings learners from different places of the world to my virtual classroom.
So, no matter where you are, I'm looking forward to meeting you soon!

The best strategy to speak a new language fluently is "to SPEAK" and "to speak EARLY." With my supportive learning system, you can speak and read like a native speaker in the first class.
You can also gain cultural immersion in my class and be prepared for your trips, business, work, or life in the Chinese community.
How about music, songs, food, jokes, and all the other subtle things about Chinese? Of course we'll get them! Language learning is a fun journey.
