About Deepika

I am a YCB Level 3 certified (Ministry of Ayush, Government of India) Yoga and Wellness Instructor with Master's in Yoga and Science and hands-on teaching experience. I am passionate about helping people improve their physical health, mental clarity, and overall well-being through safe and mindful yoga practice. I believe yoga should be practical, accessible, and sustainable, and I enjoy guiding students with patience, clarity, and a supportive approach.

About the lesson

My yoga classes focus on building a strong foundation through correct alignment, breath awareness, and mindful movement. Each session is structured yet flexible, beginning with gentle warm-ups, followed by asana practice, pranayama, and relaxation. The pace is adapted according to individual comfort, making the classes suitable for beginners as well as intermediate students.
I combine traditional yogic practices with practical techniques suited to modern lifestyles, focusing on stress reduction, flexibility, strength, posture correction, and overall well-being. Classes are customised based on the student’s goals, with emphasis on safety, proper technique, and gradual, sustainable progress.
