About Bryan

Hello, there future technology professional!

So, a little about me and where I came from and where we'll be going together.

I began my IT career with Jafra Cosmetics International as the night-time Operator and quickly moved to Sr. Help Desk Technician to eventually Systems Operator/Network Engineer and eMail Administrator.

I was adept enough to survive several buyouts and constant 're-organizations' with ever-increasing workloads and responsibilities. Unfortunately, I eventually sustained a life-changing workplace injury...

I can teach you how to;

• Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, and configuration.

• Basics and importance of data backups and disaster recovery operations.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or other network and system problems.

• Plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.

• Configure, monitor, and maintain email applications & email virus protection software and best practices.

• Set up network monitoring services and alerts to keep you ahead of the game.

About the lesson

I have an informal approach to technical instruction and I'm able to reduce even the most complex systems and processes into easy-to-understand basics.

I provide flexible scheduling and instruction based on student needs. I'll be able to quickly identify your instructional requirements based on your current experience and future goals, and then tailor a lesson plan to get you there.
