I have worked as a teacher, principal, and district-level administrator. I get to know my students and ensure that I am approaching the content or learning objective in a manner that makes the content attainable to the learner. My specializations are in Dual Language, Special Education, Literacy development, and Elementary Core Curriculum. I love supporting kiddos with learning to read as well as supporting college-level students on the path to attaining a degree in a subject matter that they are excited about. I have mentored teachers and principals, so I know what a good lesson should look like. I am a kind person who is passionate about teaching and learning.
