Frank was my principal when I was teaching elementary special education. He understood that all students have individual strengths as well as individual needs and challenges. He always supported his teachers to achieve the best possible outcome for our students. In addition, Frank has a true and realistic understanding of the challenges of a classroom teacher. He is adept at providing input and guidance that is meaningful for students but also practical to implement within the classroom. He truly cares about those with whom he works, whether they are students or fellow educators.
