About Kyra

Hello! My name is Kyra, and I am passionate about helping students improve their English skills and achieve their IELTS goals. I have completed Year 12 English and successfully achieved the Pearson PTE Academic qualification, giving me a strong understanding of English language skills, academic communication, and language testing.

I understand that preparing for an English proficiency exam can feel challenging, which is why I aim to create a supportive, patient, and encouraging learning environment. I work with students to build confidence in their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills while helping them develop the strategies needed to perform well in IELTS.

I am reliable, organized, and committed to helping students reach their full potential. Whether you are preparing for your first IELTS exam, looking to improve your score, or simply wanting to strengthen your English skills, I will tailor lessons to your individual goals and learning style. My focus is on helping students feel confident, motivated, and well-prepared for success.

About the lesson

My IELTS preparation lessons are designed to help students improve their confidence and performance across all four IELTS components: Speaking, Listening, Reading, and Writing. I take a supportive and personalised approach, adapting each lesson to the student's current level, strengths, and areas for improvement.

Lessons focus on building practical English skills, developing exam techniques, expanding vocabulary, improving grammar, and practicing IELTS-style questions. I provide guidance on time management, answering strategies, and common mistakes to help students feel prepared and confident on test day.

Lessons typically run for 60 minutes and include a combination of skill development, practice activities, and constructive feedback. Students are encouraged to ask questions and learn at a pace that suits their individual needs.

I have completed Year 12 English and successfully achieved the Pearson PTE Academic qualification, demonstrating strong English language and communication skills. My lessons are suitable for teenagers, adults, English language learners, and anyone preparing to sit the IELTS exam or improve their overall English proficiency.
