About Dayna
Hello!
I'm a year 11 high school student that has experience in handling and teaching anger management to many people. The people I have taught includes my partner and some of the people I am friends with, apart from them I have taught people over the internet, phone etc. I am doing a certificate II in Community Services this year and I also am self taught by doing research in my spare time.

When I teach people I like to let them be involved in it. I am not the type of person to stand at a board and make people write dozens of notes.
A typical lesson would be me discussing things about anger management followed by letting the student or students have a group discussion about it and write down key points. Then I would let them ask any questions they may have or if they want me to go over something, just things like that. Depending on how many lessons people choose to do I would cover different things each lesson.
I try to make lessons fun instead of boring because I have been taught that copying notes off a board isn't a helpful way to learning, being engaged in discussions and writing down key points can be more helpful.
